Swotly (Pty) Ltd is a South African company. These terms apply while the Swotly service is in pre-launch and will be replaced by the full terms before the service launches.
Swotly is not yet available. This site exists to tell you what is coming and to let you join the launch waitlist.
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not cost anything, and does not create a contract between you and Swotly. It simply registers your email address so we can tell you when Swotly launches. You can leave the list at any time by replying to any email we send.
The information on this site describes what Swotly intends to build. Features, timing, and pricing may change before launch. Nothing on this site is a promise that a specific feature will exist in its final form.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
