Privacy Policy

Pre-launch version · Last updated 26 August 2026

Swotly (Pty) Ltd is a South African company. This policy describes how this website handles personal information while the service is in pre-launch. It will be replaced by the full policy before launch.

What we collect

On this site, the only personal information we collect is the email address you give us when you join the launch waitlist. We do not ask for your name, your child's name, or any other details at this stage.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used for one purpose: to tell you when Swotly launches.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or share your email address with anyone.
  • We do not use marketing cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
  • We do not use your email address for anything other than launch news.

Where it is stored

Waitlist email addresses are stored in a private, access-controlled system used only for launch announcements. You can ask us to remove your address at any time by replying to any email we send, and we will delete it.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact the Swotly team through this site and we will respond within the time POPIA requires.

This is a pre-launch version of the privacy policy, prepared for the coming-soon site. The full policy is under review by the Swotly legal team and will be published before the service launches.
